Genesis chapter 1 v3-5 :
he shall become light and he is becoming light

Light is electrical. Light has electromagnetic properties with energy/frequencies/vibrations. In the beginning, according to the Torah/Bible, God made the Earth/waters/surfaces vibrate.

"3 and he is saying Elohim he shall become light and he is becoming light

The great lights of the skies have not been created yet but there is light and darkness, day and night. End of day one.
